Walter Lozada is ASG’s Director of Software Procurement, responsible for leading strategic software acquisition efforts that drive cost savings, operational efficiency, and long-term value for ASG and its federal clients. With over 20 years of experience in federal purchasing and contracting, he brings deep expertise in negotiating high-impact agreements and managing complex procurements.

Mr. Lozada plays a key role in ASG’s expansion to a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), leveraging strong vendor relationships to secure competitive terms and align procurement strategies with federal and commercial client goals. His work enables more effective, transparent, and fiscally responsible software investment decisions across the enterprise.

He holds a Master’s in Services Administration in Federal Program Management from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University.
