Lisa Carr directs the activities of and provides operational and management oversight for ASG’s Support Services functions. She is responsible for the efficiency and responsiveness of her team to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement in ASG processes to serve the needs of internal and external clients.  She provides subject matter expertise in Human Resources matters and Corporate Administration.

Mrs. Carr brings over 25 years of experience in various Human Resources functions to include: Employee Relations, Benefits, Recruiting/Staffing, Compensation, and Process Improvement.  She has over 15 of years managing various administration functions to include: facilities, IT Support, Payroll and Contracts and Accounting. Prior to joining ASG, Ms. Carr was the Director of Support Services for Capstone Corporation, a mid-size international DoD contractor and Manager, Government Operations Administrative Services for a leading healthcare information systems provider.
