Mr. Stanley leads ASG’s Business Development (BD) Center of Excellence, bringing over 25 years of proven expertise in securing billions of dollars in contract awards across the U.S. public sector, including civilian, intelligence, and defense agencies.  

A recognized BD executive, Mr. Stanley specializes in building and managing high-performing, high-volume BD, capture, and proposal centers of excellence, both domestically and internationally. His experience spans organizations of all sizes, where he has successfully developed and implemented corporate strategic plans and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.  

Mr. Stanley has directed numerous large-scale, complex competitive pursuits, driving significant growth and market expansion across key public sector agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of State, and the Department of Defense (DoD). His comprehensive BD leadership includes managing strategic and alliance partnerships, overseeing pipeline management and account planning, and leading joint venture initiatives.
