Mr. Stanley is responsible for leading ASG’s business development (BD) center of excellence. He is a BD leader with more than 25 years of experience and billions of dollars in contract awards in the U.S. public sector, which includes civilian, intelligence, and defense agencies. He specializes in establishing and leading high-performing, high-volume BD, capture, and proposal centers of excellence (both onshore and offshore) for companies large and small. He has developed and executed corporate strategic plans and go-to-market (GTM) strategies and also led large, complex competitive pursuits resulting in growth and expansion across multiple public sector markets (e.g., DHS, HHS, State, DoD). He has experience across all types of strategic BD initiatives, including management of strategic/alliance partnerships, pipeline management and account planning, and joint ventures.
