Anchulee Raongthum is responsible for learning & development and empowering cross-functional teams to high performance in the areas of outreach, technical support services and program innovation. Ms. Raongthum’s 15+ years of health care industry experience spans business development, sales, marketing, outreach and education, and cultural transformation. She has managed teams in multiple functional areas and held roles in project and program management for various government health coverage programs including Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, and Marketplace.

Throughout her career, she has led her organizations to win multiple awards for marketing, communications, public relations, public education, healthcare, and outreach campaigns. Ms. Raongthum serves as an Executive Board member for two non-profit organizations, CPAF and RCC.
