Sri is a seasoned IT executive with more than 25 years of experience leading complex technology programs, Health IT initiatives, and multimillion dollar vendor portfolios with deep expertise supporting MMIS/Medicaid programs, Federal programs and SLED markets. He has built a career transforming operations, strengthening vendor governance, and driving measurable cost savings. Over two decades, Sri has managed several Federal, State & Local contracts, consolidated vendor ecosystems, and delivered enterprise solutions for public sector agencies and large integrators, including leadership roles at CNSI and Acentra Health. His work spans Health IT modernization, enterprise services, and large scale program delivery, consistently improving performance, compliance, and financial outcomes.

Rooted in Maryland’s Montgomery County, Sri brings a pragmatic, value focused approach to technology leadership—balancing strategic vision with hands on execution. He is recognized for building high performing global teams, optimizing delivery models, and aligning technology investments with organizational goals. Sri holds an MS in Computer Science from Long Island University and an MBA from Osmania University.
