Mr. Lozada will play a pivotal role in leading ASG’s software procurement strategies and initiatives, driving significant cost savings, enhancing operational efficiency, and positioning ASG as a leader in software procurement innovation for federal clients. With over two decades of progressive purchasing and contractual experience, Director of Software Procurement Mr. Lozada demonstrates extensive expertise, a visionary mindset, and an aptitude for navigating complex procurements to favorable outcomes, which has consistently resulted in substantial cost savings initiatives.
Mr. Lozada will be at the forefront of ASG’s strategic transition to becoming a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), leveraging his deep industry knowledge and existing vendor relationships to secure competitive discounts and favorable terms. His key responsibilities will include leading high-value negotiations, aligning procurement strategies with organizational goals, and developing vendor relationships that yield maximum value. He will implement forward-thinking procurement strategies for clients, enabling effective and transparent software investment management, positioning agencies for long-term success and fiscal responsibility.
Mr. Lozada holds a Master’s in Services Administration in Federal Program Management from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University.
