Turner is responsible for the day-to-day business operations for multiple Federal services contracts supporting Enterprise Architecture, Acquisition, Information Technology (IT), Fraud Waste and Abuse, Program Management, and Partner Relations programs. He is a seasoned Business Executive with over 25-years of successfully delivering full life-cycle IT solutions and strategic, long-range, business planning for the business unit. He oversees program and supports customers for cabinet level agencies such as Health and Human Services, Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Education (ED).

Prior to his role at ASG, Jeff spent the last 14+ years at Northrop Grumman delivering programs for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) working as a Project Manager, Program Manager and ultimately the Department Director overseeing as much as $100M in annual revenue. Jeff holds an MBA and BS from the University of Maryland at College Park as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Program Management Institute (PMI).
