Geoffrey Armel Otoglo is responsible for the operational performance and financial management strategy of ASG.

He has over 20 years of experience in financial management and leadership of professional services-types of government contracting organizations of all sizes and ownership structures ranging from small Woman-Owned to non-profit research-based institutions. He has been instrumental in merger and divestiture transactions of complete organizations as well as divisional carve-outs. He brings the accumulation of a strong breadth of knowledge for contributing to and leading ASG in the rapidly changing and dynamically competitive environment. Mr. Otoglo holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
