Ethics And Business Conduct

Our industry’s regulations account for a wide range of issues, from labor and the environment to cross-trade and ethical business practices. ASG’s Leadership works hard to ensure that we have a robust company-wide Business Practices & Compliance program.

ASG’s robust company-wide Business Practices & Compliance program is based on industry leading business conduct best-practices. Our business leaders are accountable for making certain that we as a company comply with both the letter and the spirit of all laws and regulations where we do business.

ASG’s Code of Conduct embodies our commitment to doing business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Our Code is the foundation of our compliance program that includes, among other things, policies, training, awareness initiatives and multiple avenues for employees to escalate issues or concerns.
ASG’s Code of Conduct applies to all of our employees and directors. We engage and educate employees on compliance-related topics in a number of ways, including webinars, live training sessions and employee focus groups. Our Code is also delivered electronically to all ASG employees, who are required to read and certify their compliance as part of their new hire on-boarding and on an annual basis. We also provide periodic training that includes important information that helps employees spot issues and make good decisions when conducting business on behalf of ASG.

Finally, we make resources available to employees to allow them to raise compliance-related issues or questions, including: the management team, Human Resources and Contracts departments.

At ASG, we strive to make all of our employment-related decisions based on merit. We do not allow discriminatory attitudes relating to things like race, color, gender, religion, national origin, age, marital status, citizenship status, political belief, disability, pregnancy, military service, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or genetic information or any other category covered by law to influence employment-related decisions including decisions involving recruitment, hiring, promotion and employment termination. All other personnel actions—such as those concerning compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, returns from layoffs, Company-sponsored training, education, tuition assistance, and social and recreational programs—are also administered in a non-discriminatory manner in accordance with Company policy.

ASG is committed to ethical and honest business practices. Our compliance practices extend to anyone who conducts business with ASG, such as partners, suppliers and contractors.

ASG partners, suppliers and contractors adhere to our Code of Conduct and any applicable laws or regulations. ASG partners, suppliers and contractors have the responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable to their businesses. We also expect our partners, suppliers and contractors to safeguard the property of ASG and any property entrusted by third parties to ASG—related to security, and including all proprietary information, data, assets and resources. ASG confidential information shall be kept strictly confidential and shall be shared only with authorized individuals.

ASG promotes fair competition without discrimination.
